The full exemption states: “Creates a one-time registration fee of $16 for vehicles 25 years old or older, plus a one-time vehicle license plate fee, and a one-time vehicle license. Also creates opportunity for director of emissions inspection program to exempt these vehicles from emissions.” This is expected to go into effect in the next two months.
